Free Talks on "Peace in a Restless World" - Bhagavad Geeta Chp 6 - Yoga of Meditation

The Bhagavad Geeta is a timeless Scripture whose lessons are relevant to all, regardless of faith or background.
In Chapter 6, Lord Krishna gives us all the means by which we can give up our known weaknesses adn grown positively into a healthier and more potent life of virture and strength. This technique is called Meditation. This Meditation is the common method advocated and advised in all religions, at all times, for the seeker to drop his/her false notions and discover peace within.
But what really is Meditation? Why should we Meditate? And how? What is teh goal of Meditation? What are the pitfalls and how to avoid them successfully? These intriguing questions will be answered by
Br Gopal Chaitanya as he takes us on a mystic journey into ourselves.
