It is time again for the long awaited Chinmaya Mission Melbourne’s annual Balvihar (children's) holiday program, which have been a huge hit with the children year after year.

An exciting three-day holiday program has been organised early January 2010! The theme is “Mahatmas – Great Masters”.

Some of the Great masters such as our Gurudev Swami Chinmayananda, Swami Vivekananda and many more ... are chosen. Biographies comprising of their significant roles in Indian history, amazing life incidents, turning points, etc. are studied and discussed. The classes are conducted by Br. Gautam Chaitanya. Balvihar co-ordinator Sai Aparna along with her team of Chinmaya youths and sevaks (volunteers) shall be assisting and supporting the programme.

In addition to these lessons, the children enjoy a wide variety of activities including swimming, yoga, chanting, cooking, dancing, art, music, quizs and tennis classes. So before you go away for your Christmas holidays in December please book for the holiday program ASAP. Please book early to avoid disappointment – max capacity of the program is 40 children.
