Men's Re-treat: Making a Great Difference Thru Devotion
For many years we have been running a ladies retreat, which rejuvenates, inspires, sets the ladies back on track for daily life. It was always asked why Men don't need such retreats. My point has always been, if they want it, they will ask for it.
Well here it is.
We will be having a holistic Re-treat. Looking at all levels of the Person.
Program includes
- Hatha Yoga(Preparing the Body)- Yoga / Holistic Eating / Exercise / Relaxation
- Bhakti Yoga (Preparing the Mind)- Japa Yoga / Pooja / Bhajans / Prayers
- Gnana Yoga (preparing the Intellect) - Class on Bikshu Geeta / Practical Contemplative Exercises
- Dhyana Yoga (preparing for Meditation to lift to the higher).
Instead of healing by approaching only through the physical body and leaving the chattering mental noise untreated, Br Gopal Chaitanya and his sevaks will create the environment which will inspire, and create a conductive atmosphere where the men have a chance to get in touch with the core of their existence – their inner wisdom / Devotion.
THINGS TO BRING
- Track Pants or some comfortable clothing that you can do yoga in.
- Towel & Toiletries
- Pillow, two sheets or a sleeping bag. You will be sleeping the old ashram ways (i.e. sleeping on the carpeted floors).
- Also Slippers for wearing outside. A shawl or jumper.
- A note book/pad, Pen, Pencil to take notes and to do activities
