Description:
This is the birth celebration of Swami Tapovan Maharaj, who was the guru and teacher to Swami Chinmayananda, our founder. A special pooja worship will be conducted in honour of Swami Tapovan.
This day is also a celebration of the Geeta Jayanti, which is a day to celebrate the "birth" of the Holy Bhagavad Geeta. On this day, the entire Bhagavad Geeta (all 18 chapters) will be chanted. All are welcome to come and join in the chanting (please bring your copy of the Bhagavad Geeta for chanting), or just come and listen.
